Rules for voters

The competition component of this video contest is for the student teams attending the KPMG International Case Competition. But that doesn’t mean you can’t participate! Vote for your favorite Top 3 videos based on creativity and the team’s ability to showcase their city.

Dates & Eligibility

START: April 1, 2016 (US/Eastern).
END: April 10, 2016 (US/Eastern).
ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 13 years old to vote.

Rules for the KICC teams submitting a video

  1. To enter the KICC video contest, participants must be an official participating team of the KPMG International Case Competition.

  2. Only those videos submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions on or before the Start Date will be entered into the Competition.

  3. The winning video will be the video that has the most number of votes by the closing date and time.

  4. The winning team will be announced during the KICC 2016 opening ceremony and the prize will be given to the winning team that day. There is no cash or any other alternatives available for the prize.

  5. By entering this competition all entrants have:

    • consented to their video being used by KPMG for the purpose set out in these terms and conditions and any other future purpose including (but not limited to) being displayed within KPMG premises and being used in KPMG publications, including internet websites; and

    • confirmed they have the right and authority to enter the video into this Competition;

    • followed the guidance provided when creating their video, and;

    • assigned to KPMG absolutely the title and interest, past, present and future in and all copyright for the video.

  6. The winning video decision is binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

  7. We will announce the winner via Facebook on April 11th, 2016.

  8. The Competition is governed by Canadian law.
